Why did you change my web site?

The primary reason I changed the help web site was to display the support form that you had to close to read this. The most common reason people visit this page is to submit a help ticket so I want to make that as easy as possible.

Feature the good stuff

The things people do most are now the easiest to get to. I can also feature useful information from the support site that is hard to find, like maps and phone numbers.

Make creating a ticket easier

The most common reason people come to the help site is to create a ticket, so that is on the front page.

More room to write

The old system did not have a very flexible front page. This new front page design gives me more freedom to present information.
